By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Chinchilla Christian College, 88 Oak Street Chinchilla QLD 4413.

 

Opening date - Saturday 6 May 2023.

Close - 7:00pm, Saturday 6 May 2023.

 

Eligibility to Enter

Entry is open to all attendees at the event, excluding current staff of Chinchilla Christian College.

​

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

​

Each person is only allowed to enter the competition once and the competition is completely free to enter.

​

Entrants must be present for the draw to win.

​

Valid entries must:

​

• Have 10 unique stamps issued by a staff member.

• Include the entrants First and Last Name and place of residence.

 

Prizes

• 1st prize draw to the value of $3000. Gold Coast Holiday for 2 adults and 2 children.

• 2nd prize goods/services to the value of $1200.

• 3rd prize Obedience Training and Pet Sitting to the value of $500.

The use of specific brands as prizes by Chinchilla Christian College does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

​

The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be provided.

​

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

​

Chinchilla Christian College’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

Winners will be drawn at 7:45pm – 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes. Entrants must be present for the draw to win.

​

Winners will be drawn at random on the main stage and their full name announced.  Winners will be requested to come up on stage to collect their prize.

​

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will only be used by Chinchilla Christian College for the purposes of administering the competition.

​

The winner's first and last name and place of residence will be announced during the draw and appear on Chinchilla Christian College’s social media channels.

​

Photography and Videography will be taken during the competition and when the winners are announced.  This will appear on Chinchilla Christian College’s social media channels.

​

Limitation of Liability

Chinchilla Christian College accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

Chinchilla Christian College reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
