Valuable, Yet Affordable
We believe an education at Chinchilla Christian College is a valuable investment in your child’s future. Enabling opportunities for students to establish firm foundations for life now and into eternity is one we are committed to. Therefore, to help make this valuable experience available to those who seek it, we deliberately keep our fees affordable by:
Maintaining our clear not-for-profit focus. Any operational surplus funds are reinvested into the school facilities to further enhance educational opportunities.
Only charging for a maximum of two students from any one family.
Adding value to the fees. For example:
Camps are included in our fees
A quality laptop computer is supplied to Secondary students 1:1 on loan at no additional hire fee
All student work books and stationery are included
Compulsory excursions are included
Transport for school sporting events is included

2. Submit an Enrolment Application
Once you have submitted your Enrolment Enquiry, you will receive via email a personalised Enrolment Application. Please print, complete, and return your application to College Reception or by email to the Registrar.
Please note: For your application to progress, all documentation must be provided as listed on the Enrolment Application checklist.
3. Enrolment Interview and Tour of the College
The Registrar will contact you to arrange a suitable interview time with the Principal. You and your child/children are required to attend the interview, which will also include a Tour of the College. In two parent families, we request both parents attend the interview if possible.
4. Enrolment Consideration
The College reserves the right to consider enrolment decisions based on the best interests of the child and the College.
5. Offer of Enrolment
The College will notify you of the outcome of your child’s Enrolment Application. If your child’s enrolment is successful, you will be offered an Enrolment Contract. You will need to sign and return the Enrolment Contract before the offer date expires.
6. Enrolment Deposit Fee
To secure your child’s placement, you are required to pay the enrolment deposit fee. The enrolment deposit is a non-refundable payment that is credited to your child’s tuition fees at the conclusion of their first school term. The fee is $150 per child or $300 for the family.
